Pumpkin

This pumpkin is a 'volunteer' pumpkin that gre out of compost soil put on the garden. The plant has been growing since early Spring so it ripened way ahead of schedule. Owen was quite pleased to use the garden shears to cut the pumpkin off this morning. He picked it up and declared it almost too heavy to lift. He claims its so heavy that its 20. No word on wether or not that's 20 pounds or just simply 20 on a scale of heaviness.

Learning to Surf

OK, well it is a boogie board, but he thinks it is a surf board. Those waves must seem pretty big to a 3 year old. Good on him for taking them on.
